Service Scope

Kora provides software tools for maintenance intake, triage, dispatch coordination, communication, and operational reporting.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading use.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
  • No unauthorized use of third-party contact data.

SMS Terms

Program name: KORA Maintenance Alerts. By opting in to SMS workflows, you consent to receive recurring operational messages about maintenance requests, scheduling, status updates, completion, and emergency incidents.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Reply START to re-subscribe where supported.

Consent collection method: Users are invited to the platform via Email and opt in digitally by affirmatively checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox during account activation on the Kora web portal. No SMS messages are ever sent prior to this digital consent being effectively recorded.

Exact consent language: I agree to receive recurring transactional SMS updates from KORA Tech, Inc. related to maintenance requests, scheduling, status updates, completion confirmations, and emergency notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See Terms and Privacy Policy.

Activation flow note: the live activation URL is invite-token based and not publicly indexable. Public verification artifacts are provided below. Vendor consent links are token-based at/vendor-consent/[token].

Mobile data sharing policy: no mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from third-party sharing.

Public Verification Artifacts

Artifacts 1-2 document the tenant/staff activation consent flow. Artifacts 3-4 document the direct vendor consent-link flow at /vendor-consent/[token]. In both flows, consent is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively selected before submission.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid for the applicable period.
